Usually he waers a grey overcoat with no shirt underneath, but dark blue trousers on as well. He does not carry a weapon as his body can ably turn into one.

Powers: Boston can turn his entire body into a substance the looks like rock, but is really no one knows what it is. When he turns into this rock substance he gains super strength. It also absorbs energy, making it stronger, as when any kind of energy (from a punch or from any kind of power) the bonds in the rock become closer, absorbing the shock, and actually making Stone stronger. If he sees an attack coming he can make parts of his stone harder, making him resistant to pain. In addition, like the Juggernaught, when he gets momentum, he canot be stopped.

Ridiculed by human kind as a child for having stone skin, he now hates humanity. It was thought for many years that Boston had a whole body tumour like growth, because he entered puberty very young, so mutant powers were not considered. For this reason he is a cruel and resentful man, who only makes friends with people he considers to enjoy the same sadistic nature that he had also. In addition, Stone has no consience, and will kill without thinking,

Born into an African American family, and named after the city he was conceived in, Boston was not a happy child. His father had multiple wives, one of which eventually killed him, and had 10 brothers. Very early on they were involved in violent gang wars on the streets of Los Angeles, and by the time he was ten, five of his brothers were dead. The eldest brother then joined the army, which upsetted Boston.
At eleven years old puberty kicked in and he could not control his new found power, the rock state was on him permanently. Doctors said it was not mutant ability because he was too young and they said it was a tumour. Boston was bullied and was shot at multiple timse, but it never killed him due to his armour. His brothers all turned to drink, drugs, and women, and by the time he was 15, his remaining four brothers were all in prison.
It was when he was 16 that Boston learned to control his powers and this gave him the ability to be a formiddable fighter and also look normal in society.
He became the leader of one of the gangs in Los Angeles and his armour made him a menace to everyone. He stole 2 million dollars from a bank in Los Angeles and walked out, letting the police shoot at his stone body. Fortunately for the police, a member of the X Men, a man named Scott Summers, was in Los Angeles on holday, and after a brutal fight, eventually hundreds of police and Cyclops got him dow by driving two helicopters and two cars into his body.
In prison he became a kingpin and broke out after 2 months, and then led a meagre existence for another couple of months until it had all passed over. He now comes to a California to seek refuge with the Acolytes.
Throughout his history he has been targeted by poachers and the government to do tests on his rock to see if they can use it for selling for money or for government projects.

he is very agile even in rock form
he is very heavy and is difficult to move

although if he sees an attack coming he can stop the pain by hardening his skin, this weakens bonds at other parts of his skin, therefore attacks here can damage the rock, which does not hurt him directly, but lots of damage to the rock means he has to go back to human form to let his rock "rejuvinate" (it is self perpetuating)
he is unfunny
and unsmpathetic
he is very impatient
he is a cocky warrier who believes no one can hurt him
when in human form his powers are completely non existant so he can be hurt easily

"I should have stayed in prison," he grunted.
He entered the place, and was not surprised that it was empty. There was some evidence that people had fought here, scratches on the walls, some embers from a fire, stains of dried blood...
"Home sweet home..." Stone said, then shouted, "is anyone home?"
No answer.
Obviously the answer to his question, was no.
