As is her codename, she is a very petite and fast girl. She has long brown hair and blue eyes. For a gypsy she is rather pale, and has never been darker, no matter how she tried, unless for a spell. Her ears are pointed to a top, giving more theory as to what she could be. The rest of her facial features are also pointed, giving her an elfin appearance.

Powers: [/li][li]Fly-On command Izzy can grow a pair of wings that sprout a pair of wings that are of the color light green and blue that look like: www.butterflyutopia.com/BIG/133.jpg and they give her the ability to fly for over long distances without tiring and she is able to hover or levitate if wanted. They also keep her balance, without them she would be a bit disoriented. The wings are unlike most wings, as they enchanted that they are not fragile, and can endure much torture upon them. The only time that she cannot fly, is when her wings get soaking wet or if there are holes through them (which is not easy to do)
[/li][li]Speed- Izzy can go up for many of speeds, even going as fast as a car and it speeds up even faster as she is flying, making it look like she wasn't even there. Hyper speed can be achieved for her when she is flying.
[/li][li]Manipulation- Izzy can produce a rather strong element and manipulate it into many different things, like clothes, furniture, and even weapons. The element that she makes does not break and will only destroy itself if she is dead or if she commands it too. It does not take any of her energy to produce it.
[/li][li]Magic- Izzy has the ability to use magic, in the forms of spells or words. One of the spells she uses often is one to conjure her dagger.
[/li][li]Dagger- Summon a dagger that she had made from her own magic, called Nogare.

Personality: Izzy is a very bright girl for her age and seems mature way past her years. She is in fact, as she gathers information in her head and keeps it there. She loves pulling pranks on people, and wouldn't stop even if her life was on the line. Pranks are her life. She loves to play games and she loves to smile, and make people smile. Fighting to her is like a game, she has no real fear of getting hurt. She is a bit like a witch with all the spells she casts, but she makes sure that she doesn't use the spells unless it's dire...and dire happens to be a lot. She is a very curious girl and loves to follow people around and annoy them, but stops after a while as she gets bored. She may be annoying, but people can't help but love her. She is a bit outspoken though.

History: Izzy was born into a gypsy world no more than 12 years ago to an unsuspecting family who wasn't even aware that they were pregnant. It seemed that the pregnancy went undiscovered for so long because Izzy was so small. She was born smaller than a piece of paper. The parents, shocked, went right into parent hood with amazing stride and seemed to be born for it. Gypsies though, weren't prepared for mutants though and were shocked when Izzy was playing by herself in a garden, wings sprouted out of her back.
Shocked, they made sure after that day (She was 4) that she always wore a coat or something to make sure the wings weren't seen again. Izzy has been schooled in the working of Gypsies and has grown very fond of it and when she discovered what she was, embraced it, thinking that it was a gift bestowed upon her by the heavens. And in a way she was right. Her family was always in good health, always happy, and never concerned about her, because they knew she could fend for herself. On the day she turned 9, she discovered the rest of her powers, miraculously in a garden again. It seemed that the gardens grew her powers out of her, and she produced not only her wings again, but a strange green element that she shaped into a dagger.
She has been traveling with her parents for so long that she doesn't even remember what it is like to be without them. When they found out about the school though, she was told that she would be going there, where they would visit, ever month. She was ecstatic at the opportunity to learn more about her powers but ever so sad about leaving her parents. She has gotten used to being alone now though, and has dropped back into her old, prankful self since she arrived.
