He wears a long leather jacket with a black t-shirt underneath, and black combat trousers. He has short ginger hair and a handsome face. He is of average height, but is muscly and has big biceps and tight abs. He has beady blue eyes which ooze evil and disaster, and lines on his face beneath his noise curving down towards his mouth which also make him look like the personification of evil.

Powers: He can systematically shut down someones brain. Over time he has discovered what parts of the brain control speech/movement/powers etc. so can shut you down. This only lasts for a short time (an hour tops), but it can have lasting damage to the mental welfare of his victims.
Affiliation: (X-Men, Acolytes, Exiles, etc.) He is affiliated to a General Killington who is hellbent on discovering the power of mutants to use it for his own plans.

He is a mean and sadistic killer who loves to watch people in pain. He has no sympathy for anyone due to his childhood. He believes that the end justifies the means and he will do anything, including murder, for money.

Jasper was born after a serial murderer by the name of Jasper Keys, raped a woman and left her for dead. Linda Harris survived the incident and due to her religious beliefs she decided not to have an abortion.
When Damien was eight, his father returned and murdered his mother in front of him. Jasper kidnapped the boy and used him to loor in victims. Damien slowly became evil, although he still hated his father for killing his mother.
WHen Damien was twelve, his powers began to manifest, and he at first could not control them. He slowly, and mostly accidentally, made his father mentally ill by destroying his brain. As time went on Damien learned how to control his powers and killed his father, he first broke him down to a shrivelling wreck by damaging his brain, before shooting him twice.
Damien was found and taken in by a General Killington who trained Damien as a hitman. He has been responsible for a number of major assinations over time, including Senator John Lincoln in 2001. After an incident with the X-Men in New York, Damien has been sent to California for a number of reasons, and slowly his motives will become clear.

Damien stood over the Senator's dying body.
The official looked up at him, "Who are you?"
"Who am I?" Damien asked, amused, "what does that matter?"
"Are you a mutant?" the senator asked.
At once Damien got angry and started tweaking with the man's brain, degrading him to the mental age of a 5 year old. Damien smiled sadistically as his powers came into place.
"Please," the senator attempted.
Damien decided to accept this, and shot the man twice in the head. He turned around to check that no one was around. THe body-guard was still on the ground, recovering after Damien had tampered with his mind. Now he shot he guard twice, not wanting anyone to know what he looked like.
Damien went into the corridor and saw three men running towards him with guns. He set his powers into motion and two of the men collapsed. The other was a mutant, their minds were harder to crush. The mutant had large side-burns and long claws coming out of his hands. Wolverine.
Damien shot at the mutant twice, but he kept running, so the hitman waited for him, well trying to get into his minds. Wolverine was getting close now, but Damien was almost in. As Wolverine jumped at the killer, Damien succeeded, and avoided the jump. Wolverine fell onto the floor, scraeming with pain as Damien twisted this area of his brain.
With a laugh the killer exited the building and escaped into the night.
