She can use water to heal people, she can also control the water in a person's blood, and she can control small earthen fragments in metals making it like she controls the metal.

Personality: Kiya is very spunky and outgoing. She will speak her piece when she feels like it. She does not hold things back. She has tons of energy and tends to get a tad overexcited sometimes. She can be a real jokester. She's always trying to find a way to brighten other people's days. She always has a smile on her face no matter how she is feeling. And her smile is one that lights up a room whenever she walks into it. She's always there for others to comfort them and to just be there for them. Kiya is strong willed. She knows what she believes in and will not listen to any other ways. She will violently defend her rights and beliefs to her death. No matter what she is going through, Kiya is always happy. But at first she is very shy and distrustful but once you get to know her, you’ve got a friend for life.

History:
Kiya was born inBarcelonaa, Spain. She was born into a family with the history and heritage of Matadors, Bull Riders and Bull Fighters. Her father, both of her brothers and her grandfather were all of these. But they weren't like Kiya. She was special. More special than anyone knew...or welcomed. She was a mutant. One day, Kiya was unfortunate enough to have her powers come out in front of thousands. She was at a rodeo watching one of her brothers riding a bull in the arena. When it started chasing him she accidentally killed the bull with her powers.
No one in her family or Barcelona liked her after that. They hated her and just plain feared her. Another thing that was against her was the whole country of Spain. Mutants were considered as the devils work there and if you were unlucky enough to be one you were burned. The time finally came and it was kiya's turn to die. The towns people had her cornered and the only people who could stop them was her family. Thankfully they did and promised to 'contain' her.
Butthatt made matters worse. Kiya's family locked her in her room and shunned her. They had nothing to do with her and never would. They hated her with a passion. After several attempts of trying to kill poor Kiya, she escaped and ran away. She soon became a castaway on a large boat headed right to California. She stayed hidden and ran off once they docked. She spent several nights in the wild until she came upon the large mansion. Otherwise known as "The California Academy for Higher Learning".
