Appearance: Destiny stands at 5'4 and has a very toned structure which is from running all of her life. She has had a few tattoos done, but not anything large, and they each seem to symbolize a different part of her life. Her tan makes her look a bit exotic. Her hair is made up of dark brown strands with some every so likely, black ones, and her eyes are that of a puppies, chocolate brown.

Personality: Destiny's personality is very shy, but strong. As she has been away from contact with people for so long, she sometimes forget how to act. She hasn't had the experiences most teenage girls have had, school, boys, friends. She's been on the run since she was 14 and has become very skittish because of it. She is very quiet most of the time and is seen reading books, as she has taught herself a lot of what she knows. She is very shy, but say something about her dad, and she clams up even farther. She despises the Brotherhood and the Acolytes know that she knows that their organazation did it and will fight against them first chance she gets.
Family: Father- Gregory Travis (dead)
History:Destiny grew up in Arizona as an army brat and travelled anywhere and everywhere with her dad. She worked jobs for him, learned the inners of almost every vehicle and learned to be a hard worker. At age 10, she learned about her powers one night while she was sleeping, when she saw her dad die in battle. She woke up to warn him, crying but she found he was already gone. Thinking that that was her only power she tried to ran after him, knowing that he had only left seconds ago by asking her mind. She sped off after him before truly speeding up, this time using super speed.
She was amazed by it and when she reached her dad, he hushed her and taking her warning to heart, went back home with her. Once there he told her that he too was a mutant but a mostly animalistic one, with fangs. None of the others on his squadron knew but when they went into battle, he shifted, causing havoc. She hugged him, saying she didn't care and they lived peacefully for a while, him still going to missions and shifting, but not getting killed.
Four years later, a sniper killed him while she was at school on base. She came home to find him hunched over a newspaper that was titled, "Mutants: Good or bad?" and then another title underneath that article saying about Xavier's Institute for gifted kids. He had drew a bloody fingerprint connecting the two.
Destiny, pissed off gathered up everything she held dear to her and packed off, taking her dad's tags and motorcycle. She also took the rest of their money, because she had a feeling she'd be needing that.
She's been searching the world for clues to the Mutants and the connection between that school and them for 4 years. She's gotten a tip off that she'll find her answers in New York City. And that was where she started out, at the Instituion there, where she did indeed find all of her answers, especially the ones about who she really was. During a visit there it seemed that she would be best suited to go with the Hailes to California, as a test for Deanna to try and concur.
