History:

Deanna Taylor Waters was born 21 years ago to a small town couple living in a big town, Sam and Shania, in New York City. Her parents were both mutants and it was figured that she too would be a mutant, but the did not expect her mutation to show so early. From the time she was born, Deanna made others happy, no matter the surroundings. Her parents, happy at knowing she did have powers, but scared at realizing that they had shown so early, eagerly went to Charles Xavier for advice. He responded to their urgent needing of advice with a calm face, and replied that there was nothing wrong with an early mutation, especially one like she had, and there was nothing to worry about as long as she didn't sprout a tail. Charles offered his old friends an invitation for their daughter to come to his school of mutants as soon as she turned 6, and they gladly accepted.

Deanna lived the life of a normal young child, she ate things she wasn't supposed to, she got hot and cold, and she cried. But through out her childhood her parents would not, were not, able to be anything but happy around her. On the turning of her 6th birthday, they gladly took her to the school, where Xavier helped her with her powers at an early age, through sessions that lasted but an hour or two. By the age of 10, Deanna 'Sunny' Waters had now mastered all of her apparent powers. She could regenerate herself and heal others with her blood, fly, create heat for herself and others, soaked up the sun to energize herself, and sense what a person's personality was.

At the age of 10, although she continued to go home every weekend, Deanna came to rest at her new home, and enjoyed helping other people with their powers and her own. She excelled through her classes, and soon after came to advance a grade ahead of her peers. Although she was sad at leaving her friends, and scared at meeting new ones, she, as predicted, made friends instantly. She continued to study here until the doomed day, months after her 13th birthday, when her parents died in a car crash.

Deanna then took a sort of break from school to recollect herself, and rather than make everyone around her at school unhappy, Xavier put her in a private home, so she could grieve in peace and hopefully get back to herself. To this day she hasn't gotten over it but she has put it behind her. Deanna returned back to the school, at Xavier's request, when she was 14 and a half, put into a class that she had started in, with her friends, where she then met Roxxane Hawkins, who quickly grew to be her best friend and sister. Deanna was an odd case though, she was never adopted again. Xavier had just promised that he would look after her, and that's all she heard of it.

At age 16 she had almost fully healed from the deep encounter and had started to spread happiness again to everyone at the school. She also had accidentally spread it into a young man that had just arrived, someone she had accidentally ran into in the back yard, instantly giving him happiness. She had blushed bright red, apologized and ran off but that was not the last they would see each other. She also encountered and Abigail in the rush of her high school years, knowing that in the future they would meet again.

Through out those destined high school years she and the boy, Nathan Haile, had bumped into each other multiple times, until they finally decided to stop it, and started going out when she was 17, and he was 20. They had an illustrious relationship throughout their time at the X-Men mansion and decided to get married the year later. After they had gotten married, they took a three year sabbatical and have now returned to help out Charles Xavier.[/center][/font]
